We are aware of the fact that it would not be easier for a new client to trust on a web hosting if he has been disappointed with any hosting company for their services. Based on this, we offer simple no obligation 7 day money back guarantee with no legal terms and escape clauses. If you are not satisfied with our hosting services for any reason, you can request a refund within 7 days of account creation.

Why we offer this money back guarantee is based on the fact that we are confident enough for our services and professionalism.


Notes:

Only those accounts in good standing will be eligible for refund

The official Account holder of hosting account will submit refund requests using only online Support form.

You must also send id/pass of the control panel to make sure that cancellation request is sent by you.

The refund will be will be processed within 14 days of receipt of cancellation request.

The refund will be given on same credit card / same payment gateway from which you purchased the hosting account.

Refund will not include any charges incurred by you [client] such as account set-up fees, domain registration if any, domain fund addition and any other charges on additional items ordered or required by you.

The money back guarantee does not apply to the returning clients.

There will not be any refund for those accounts that have been suspended or cancelled for violating our
User Agreement
